Kumangka Karrarendi Disability Support Group

The Kumangka Karrarendi Disability Support Group has been a vital part of the community for over 30 years, providing medium to high needs disability services. Meeting every Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Taperoo Community Centre, the program offers a variety of activities such as art, craft, performing arts, and Aboriginal cultural experiences.

This program is designed to nurture and maintain participants’ connection to Aboriginal culture and community, fostering a culturally safe and supportive inclusive environment.

Kumangka Karrarendi offers a space for participants to engage in activities of their choice, promoting well-being, community connection, and cultural identity.
